Terms written for venue operations teams
Term length
12, 24, or 36-month agreements. The per-restroom rate is locked for the full term; 24 and 36-month terms carry a reduced rate.
What's included
Dispensers, mounting hardware, layout planning, products, restocking, service maintenance, usage oversight, and reporting — one line item, no separate equipment purchase.
Seasonality
Seasonal venues can move to a reduced off-season hold rate. Event-day surge replenishment is included rather than billed per visit.
Renewal and exit
Auto-renews for the same term unless either party gives 60 days' written notice. Dispensers are removed or transferred at the end of service.
