Why we exist

NEXAFLO was created to solve the gap between menstrual access and menstrual compliance. We focus on audit-ready documentation, smart inventory management, and facility-wide compliance — not just dispensing hardware.

Turning menstrual access into a managed, measurable program
Every NEXAFLO program starts with a remote site review. You send video walkthroughs or photos of the restrooms you want to cover — typically the highest-traffic or highest-priority ones — and we review layout, mounting surfaces, accessibility, and coverage.
From there, we deliver a placement plan, unit count, and subscription pricing. Your maintenance or facilities team completes the simple initial mounting, and we confirm each unit is positioned for accessible, discreet use.
Once live, NEXAFLO handles usage oversight, replenishment planning, documentation, and ongoing program oversight — so your team can focus on its core work instead of chasing supplies.
